Bellami hair extensions was started in 2012 by the founding duo Julius Salerno and Nikki Eslami. They grew their business by providing only the best quality products while simultaneously having an eye for influencers who move the needle for consumers. They continually elevated the brand by working with personalities like Guy Tang and Kylie Jenner. Bellami hair extensions increased its breadth of offerings in 2018 by launching their Bellami hair extensions products and education for stylists in addition to expanding their Bellami Beauty Bar brick and mortar retail salon concepts, which encompasses an experiential space for both retail and salon. Bellami is building a community of professional stylists and re-imagining the world of hair extensions and their accessibility for all.
The brand currently operates locations in six major North American markets to include West Hollywood, Houston, Miami, New York, Las Vegas, and Vancouver, BC. Reflecting on the brand’s trajectory, Julius Salerno stated, “Bellami hair extensions has achieved incredible growth with zero outside funding or debt.” The CEO and Co-Founder continued, “Now, imagine our capabilities with a $100 Million to strategically invest and an equity partner as aggressive as us when it comes to the continued dominance of this market.”
“We’ve experienced immense success in our current Bellami hair extensions Beauty Bar locations not only from a growth perspective but also branding,” said Nikki Eslami. “”After this investment, we look forward to opening new localities including London, Paris, Dubai and Sydney, and to bringing the same quality products and services to new territories in 2019 and 2020.” In addition to new openings, the brand plans to support its Bellami Professional Hair Extensions and Education initiative. The program continues to expand rapidly across the United States and into Europe and Asia.

Kylie Jenner is known for her penchant for switching up hairstyles. Just in recent months, she’s gone from blue to black, from a bob to long—and there was even a birthday buzz cut thrown in there.Bellami hair extensions
So Kylie’s latest business venture—a line of hair extensions called Kylie Hair Kouture—makes perfect sense, considering she never keeps the same hairstyle for too long.Bellami hair extensions
The 17-year-old announced her partnership with clip-in hair extension brand Bellami Hair on Instagram, posting a picture of her sporting some Rapunzel-length locks with the caption: “Kylie Hair Kouture coming soon…sooo excited follow @bellamihair for more details!””Bellami hair extensions
While Kylie and her sister Kendall Jenner have teamed up with fashion labels like Steve Madden and PacSun before, this marks Kylie’s first solo beauty collab.Bellami hair extensions
But of course, she isn’t the first in the family to take on a hair care endeavor. Her older sisters Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kourtney Kardashian will be teaming up with Farouk Systems for a new line of hair tools and styling products called Kardashian Beauty, set to launch in the spring of 2015.Bellami hair extensions
Kylie Hair Kouture also comes on the heels of the filming of new episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians—which is in its tenth season now. Kourtney posted a picture on her Instagram of the three elder Kardashian sisters with the caption, “Sisters back to filming! Season 10! Day 2…”Bellami hair extensions
We’d say between Kylie Hair Kouture and Kardashian Beauty, it’s never been easier to replicate the Kardashian/Jenner clan’s famous raven tresses.
WHAT IS REMY HAIR?
Remy hair is considered to be the finest quality of human hair. The term “Remy” means all the hair cuticles are healthy, intact, and flow in the same direction from the root to the tip. The cuticle is the outer layer of the hair strand and the structure is similar to the overlapping of shingles on a rooftop. Remy hair is typically collected directly from a woman’s head, and as it is cut it is held in a ponytail to ensure no hair strands fall to the floor. Remy hair will also last longer than non-Remy hair. Therefore, it can be reused, flat ironed, and colored.
HOW TO MEASURE THE LENGTH OF YOUR HAIR?
Each texture must be measured differently. The Braziilian hair extensions should be measured to the fall of the hair. Start 0 at the weft and measure to the ends of the bundle. The Brazilian Wavy and Brazilian Curly hair extensions must be measured by pulling the hair straight. Again, start 0 at the weft; pull the hair straight from the ends, and the length will be at the tips of the hair. Each bundle will not measure exact when it is still wrapped in its band, as tension can affect the fall of each strand.
CAN THE HAIR BE STRAIGHTENED OR CURLED?
Your new Hairutopia virgin hair extensions can be treated as if it is your own hair. You are able to use a thermal (hot) tool to straighten, curl, crimp, etc. Keep in mind the hair does not have all the nutrients that a strand growing from your scalp will. Heat damage can cause breakage and dryness. Therefore, it is imperative that you use a heat-protecting product, always co-wash your hair, and protect it during sleep hours.
CAN I COLOR MY NEW HAIR?
Any chemical processes should be done by a professional or at least consulted by one. This purchase is an investment for you and chemically altering the hair can possibly damage it. Though, our virgin hair extensions can handle a coloring process very well, please be cautious. Once the hair is chemically altered incorrectly, the cuticle can become damaged and overexposed causing fraying, breakage, dryness, and tangling. This in turn will affect the overall look and feel of your hair. Chemical damage has no reverse button.
Minimally, no hair is absolutely perfect (Any company who states this phrase, as sales pitch is not being honest. Our company is an honest supplier). We have reinforced machine wefting, to minimize shedding to nearly none. You may see a few strands here or there, but nothing troubling. The most effective way to avoid shedding is by sealing the wefts.
WHAT DOES CO-WASH MEAN?
Co-washing simply means conditioner washing. It is a key task in extending the life of your extensions and keeping them healthy. We recommend a co-wash once a week with moisturizing conditioner to ensure your hair gets the nutrients and moisture it needs. When you first receive your extensions it is important to co-wash the hair as it has been through HHC employee hands, manufacturers’ hands, packaging, etc. Shampooing the hair can strip the hair entirely too much. Always use WARM water, as hot water will overexpose the cuticle of the hair.
HOW MANY BUNDLES SHOULD I ORDER?
The key to determining how many bundles to purchase depends on the lengths you are wanting. The longer bundles have a shorter weft/track as the shorter bundles have longer wefts/tracks.
The amount of hair you will need will depend on how full you would like your hair and the length you desire. Here is a general rule we use:
12″ – 14″ 2 Bundles
16″ – 22″ 3 Bundles
24″ – 30″ 4-5 Bundles
