Weaving – Sewing in your hair weft extensions
You can use the weaving method in several ways. If you aren’t sure, you can always ask and contact us, for tips and advice for your hair type. Before you start attaching the hair extensions that you got from us please,co-wash your hair with a deep cleansing shampoo. Do not use conditioner with oils, or other oil styling products. Allow the hair to air dry. It should be completely dry at the time of hair install an attachment.
How-to install hair weft extensions:
Part your hair and make a section. Use the hair in this section to create a tightly braided braid. Begin at one edge and braid to the middle. Finish the braid with a small sheer rubber band and then braid the hair from the other side. Measure and cut the hair weft so that the piece fits the length of the entire part you created. Attach the ends of the weft using a needle and thread to prevent the hair from dropping from the weft. Then thread a bent needle and gently sew the hairline on the entire length of the braid. Thoroughly secure the ends of the weft. Repeat for the desired results and number of pieces.
Removing your weave-in extension:
Removing a weave-in hair extension is easy. Use a small pair of scissors to carefully cut the threads attached to your hair. Repeat for each section. Then remove the rubber bands that hold together the braids and brush through.
Hair Weave Styling Tips!
Because your hair is braided tight to the scalp and then covered with hair extensions, it takes longer for the hair to dry. After washing your hair, it is a good idea to make sure that these parts are actually really dry. One tip is to dry your hair in sections so you can access the hidden attachments more easily.
Attaching your hair weft extensions with glue
You can also attach your hair weft with glue. There are different types of adhesive available for this method depending on the color of your hair and skin. Use dark glue for darker or brown hair, and light-colored glue for blonde or center-colored hair. As some people may be sensitive to ingredients in the glue, spot test on an area such as the hand to see if any redness occurs 48 hours before using the glue on your scalp please be careful of the cheap hair glue sold on the market today.
This is how you glue hair extensions for install:
Part your hair and make a section. Then measure and cut the weft to the length of the hair section. Attach the ends of the weft by sealing off the edges with glue or needle and thread to prevent the hair from fall off the weft.
Apply glue on the upper edge of the weft and along the section of your natural hair closest to the scalp.
Then press the extensions against the glue in your natural hair. Hold until the glue is dried and the hairpiece sits securely.
Repeat for the desired results and number of pieces.
Removing a glued-on hair weft extensions
To dissolve the glue used to attach the hair weft, use remover. The remover is specially designed to dissolve the ingredients in the glue, be sure they use the right kind.
Begin by sectioning the hair the same way as when you inserted the weft.
Apply remover to the attachment points.
Leave the remover in and allow to work for a few minutes.
Use a rat tail comb to carefully and gently remove the hair weft from your natural hair.
If needed: apply more remover, avoid pulling and causing wear on the hair extension.
Comb out any leftover glue, using more remover if necessary.
Attaching your weft with microrings
You can use microrings to attach your Malaysia Hair Imports hair weft. These are small silicone-coated metal rings that you pinch closed using pliers. The microrings are available in several colors to match your hair and roots. Before you start attaching your hair extensions with microrings, wash your hair with a deep cleansing shampoo. This makes sure that old product residue and grease from the scalp disappears, so the hair attaches better to the microring. You should not use conditioner or other styling products. Allow the hair to dry and make sure it is completely dry when it is time to attach your extensions.
How to install Micro Rings on hair weft:
Create a horizontal part. Measure and cut the weft to the length of the parted section. Secure the ends of the weft by closing the edges with glue or needle and thread to make sure no hairs escape from the weft.
Use hair clips to secure the cut piece to your natural hair.
Place a microring on the needle and open the hook.
Grasp a section of your natural hair and a section of the weft with the hook. (You should feel some slight resistance – if you don’t, more hair is needed to prevent the hair from slipping out.)
Then squeeze the microring firmly with the pliers, pressing hard until it is nearly flat.
Removing your hair weft extensions
When removing your hair weft, use the same pliers as when attaching. The hair should also be completely dry now. In order to minimize wear on your natural hair, you should never tear or pull hard on your hair. Instead, follow our instructions to make the process as smooth and easy as possible.
Use pliers intended for removing and inserting microrings. (The same ones you used attaching your hair extensions.)
Grasp the microring with the pliers. Open the attachment by pinching the microring at the ends. The ring will then return to its an oval/round shape.
Pull out the hairpiece and gently pull out the microring.
Repeat for all pieces.

Washing your Malaysian Hair Imports Hair Weft Extensions
To make sure your hair extensions have the best possible chance of a long lifetime, we recommend hair care products with a lot of moisture and nutrition.
Tips for a real moisture boost! Use a hair mask at least once a week. Always finish with conditioner.
Use our easy guide if you need to wash your extensions. Always start brushing your hair before washing to remove any tangles. Using a soft hair brush, start the tips and work upwards in sections:
Rinse the hair in lukewarm water.
Apply shampoo to the roots and then conditioner to the tips, avoiding rubbing.
Rinse carefully between applications and then let the hair dry. Also, be sure to straighten out your attachments with your fingers.
Remember not to use conditioner, styling products or heat on your attachments, as this may cause hair to slip out.
Avoid salt or chlorinated water
When swimming, it’s a good idea to put your hair in a bun in the middle of your head, or just use a swim cap. You won’t have to dry your hair, and you’ll avoid damage from salty or chlorinated water.
Brush your Hair Weft Extensions often
Wig brushes are designed for hair extensions and make the hair easy to brush. Brush approximately twice a day, and be sure to comb through your extensions with your fingers. You’ll avoid knots, and your hair will stay fine and glossy. When brushing your extensions, start at the tips and work upwards in sections. This reduces damage and makes the hair easier to detangle.
Brush and sleep with dry hair
Damp hair is more sensitive than dry hair, so it’s a good idea to brush it before you shower. Carefully comb through your moist hair with your fingers and allow it to dry before brushing it again. Sleeping with wet hair is a big no.
